- Professional contacts: company name, contact name, email, phone number, and details of services provided or required.
We only collect what is necessary for the purpose in question, and we tell you at the point of collection why we need it.

4. Who We Share Your Data With
We may share your data with: your appointed solicitor or conveyancer; identity verification and anti-money-laundering providers (including Companies House, HMRC, HM Land Registry, and the Landmark Electronic Due Diligence System); mortgage brokers or lenders you've asked us to introduce you to; and trusted service providers who support our business (including CRM, email marketing, payment, invoicing, and file transfer platforms), each under a data processing agreement.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We only keep personal data for as long as necessary. As a guide:
